BOX-HIIT

BOX-HIIT classes consist of a variety of exercises. Based on boxing style training, including bag-work, pad-work, body conditioning and core training. Usually working in intervals to increase heart rate.

Mixed session, all abilities welcome. Ages 15+.

Please bring a drink and towel, all equipment is provided.
