Our session aims
- To learn various attacks and defence
- Have an understanding of moving around whilst maintaining a correct boxing stance
- To learn the importance of warm ups, cool downs and stretching
- To begin application drills and contact work
- To be able to put punches together into a comination
Please wear suitable clothing and footware for a gym setting and remember to bring a drink.
